National Association of Women Artists – 2nd Annual Member Showcase
Doreen McGunagle’s fine art photograph Tranquility’s Path through Swamp Embrace has been accepted into the National Association of Women Artists (NAWA) 2nd Annual Member Showcase, a juried exhibition celebrating the work of accomplished women artists from across the country.
The exhibition will be held at the Herrig Center for the Arts and features a diverse collection of contemporary works representing a range of artistic styles and mediums.
Captured within the quiet beauty of a southern swamp ecosystem, Tranquility’s Path through Swamp Embrace reflects McGunagle’s continued exploration of nature’s contemplative spaces. The work invites viewers into a peaceful landscape where still water, layered vegetation, and filtered light create a sense of reflection and connection with the natural world.
Through her fine art nature photography, McGunagle seeks to reveal moments of stillness and environmental harmony while encouraging a deeper appreciation for fragile ecosystems.
