How long before I receive my print?

Shipping will happen as efficiently as possible, but please allow 4-6 weeks of processing time before the shipment is made. What is the Limited Edition?

The limited edition series is limited to 100 prints of each image with ten prints held by the artist.

What are Artist Proofs?

What is the Private Collection Limited Edition?

The limited edition series is limited to 50 prints of each image with five prints held by the artist. Our most recent editions are 7 and 20 image with 2 images held by artist.

Fine Art Photography Prints

Metal: The image is infused with a sublimation process on the Chromaluxe coating. These aluminum panels are the undisputed state-of-the-art in color printing quality, resistance and durability. Chromaluxe Metal Prints are weatherproof and moisture proof, but they will scratch and fade like a normal photograph, so please avoid direct sunlight or abrasive handling of the metal panels. This metal print comes ready to hang. Available in Gloss on white base which is the most vibrant but has a reflective surface when hit by direct light and Matte on white base which has vibrant colors with less reflective surface. Acrylic Pro: Vibrant colors and breathtaking details. Just precise color management for a flawless and long-lasting fine art print under the acrylic layer. Canvas Pro: printed using archival certified 12 color HR printing on cotton canvas that includes an anti-glare finish. It includes a seamless unibody wooden panel with 3D 1.2-inch-thick molded hanger. The Canvas Pro comes ready to hang. The canvas pro is a excellent choice for many of the images. Handcrafted in Italy.

There is a certificate of authenticity printed on the back of the Metal, Acrylic Pro and Canvas Pro. The image will have square corners with a satin glossy finish and a floating block behind the metal so that it stands out on your wall. This original artwork piece takes 4-6 weeks and is handcrafted in Italy.

Archival Paper: Archival Fine Art Prints Signed Limited edition prints using pigment-based inks that creates vibrant high quality, fine arts, archival images using premium inks and paper. The archival paper offers museum quality and conservation grade prints. Size Prints include .5 inch white border. The Certificate of Authenticity is sent separately.

Our archival quality limited edition Giclée prints can take between 4 - 6 weeks to arrive. Each print undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure it is up to archival standards. Every print is signed, comes with a registered Hologram on the back and certificate of authenticity with the print number.

Our fine art print gallery archival Image size is with approximately .5 inch of border on the paper. We recommend a museum quality mat border of 2.25 inches and UV acrylic as a protector over the image.

Why do we ship our prints unframed?

The shipping of framed prints can be both difficult and expensive. Framing is also very location specific and subjective. Unframed limited edition print allows you to frame it to match the color or your space and tastes. To emphasize the limited print, it is better of have an understated frame that will set the image off from its surroundings with a generous white mat. As a custom order, we can ship traditional wood black frames with a museum quality mat and acrylic.

How do I uncurl the print once it arrives?

When you remove the print from the postal tube, the print will be curled. To uncurl the print, do the following by using the postal tube and the tissue paper that comes with the print. Nothing else is needed.
1. Wash and dry hands to handle the print and do not touch the print surface
2. Lay the curled print that was removed from postal tube on a flat surface
3. Cover the printed surface with tissue paper
4. Use the postal tube that the print was shipped in
5. Firmly and with care roll the covered print around the tube
6. Hold the rolled print for approximately 30 seconds in the rolled position
7. Unroll the print and remove the tissue paper and the print will be flattened

What is our refund policy?

All limited edition prints are made-to-order and individually numbered, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of our products undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that all prints are of the highest standard. If you feel that a manufacturing error has been made, please contact dmcgunagle@gmail.com.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If a print arrives damaged upon delivery, a replacement print will be made and shipped free of cost. The damaged print and certificate of authenticity must be returned for destruction. The value of limited edition prints lies in the exact number on each print, we need to physically account for any returned print. This is to ensure our customers’ purchase and prevent an edition of 100 becoming an edition of 101 or our private collection of 50 becoming 51. How should I care for my print?

To care for your prints, we recommend you display them behind non-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass and protect them from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight..

Is it possible to purchase the entire limited edition outright?

Yes, you may buy an entire edition and own the only photograph of its kind. This assumes that no other prints have been sold of that image.  The cost for an exclusive buyout is negotiated according to image.

Do you allow custom orders?

Absolutely, if you are looking to commission an image, or perhaps looking for a specific size or an image that is not featured in our online gallery, please contact admin doreen@doreenmcgunagle.com. We offer Metal and Canvas Pro as limited editions with a Certificate of Authenticity in both standard and custom size prints. These two choices come ready to hang.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, global shipping is available. All prints are shipped unframed for efficiency and quality assurance purposes.  Shipping is free in the U.S.. Outside the U.S. there is a $50 flat rate. Shipping costs are included in the print price. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
